As a large family with young children, our clients required a multi-use space that allowed the family to grow. Having worked closely with the clients to fulfil their brief, a large open plan kitchen / dining / playroom was required as well as a separate ‘formal’ lounge. A large balcony was provided with views along the countryside with no overlooking issues.

The house took on a traditional farmhouse style, whilst creating a contemporary add on sunroom that allows the occupants to make full use of the surrounding views. This contemporary addition is sympathetic to the original style whilst making use of full height glazing.
