Mirrors can have a big impact on the interior design of a home if you know how to use them in the right way. They can make a home more visually interesting while also make it seem larger or more spacious. Other than reflecting light, mirrors also reflect objects, so it's important to take that into consideration when decorating with mirrors. There are also other several other factors to consider before deciding where to place the mirrors and what type of mirrors to buy. Today we are here to share some tips on how to decorate your home with mirrors. We hope you will be inspired to try some of these ideas at home.

Mirrors with unique shapes are a great way to spice up any interior space, whether it's the living room or kitchen. Mirrors are not only for the bathroom and bedroom. A mirror can serve many more functions other than to get a look at yourself. As you can see from the example pictured here, mirrors can be very decorative, especially when they come in such distinctive shapes. For more inspiration, have a look at a home full of mirrors.

2. What size of mirror to use?

The right sized mirror depends on the free space you have available for the mirror in your home. For example, if you have a large wall to fill, then a big mirror would be ideal. However, if you're tight on wall space, then small mirrors are best. Whatever sized mirror you decide on, make sure that the mirror is thick as you wouldn't want it to crack with the slightest impact.

3. Framed mirrors

The advantage of using small mirrors is that you get to choose from an endless variety of frames. The mirror frames can be elaborate and grand, simple and rustic, or minimalist and modern, depending on what style you prefer and also what suits the design of the space around it the best.
