Before you can give your dream home its shape, you need a plan or a 3D visualisation of the structure, so that the next steps can be carried out accurately. This is the reason why the two New Delhi homes covered here with their plans, will surely inspire you. Both have been rendered by the architects at Even Sights Architects, and they are modern and neatly designed properties. These homes boast of trendy furniture, spacious and well-planned layouts and minimalistic decor, so that the ambiance can seem bright and welcoming at all times. Stylish lighting further enhances the appeal of their interiors.

Floor plan for first house

It is evident that the plan is a little longish in nature, with clear demarcation between common areas and private spaces. The terrace, living space, dining and the open kitchen are on the left and arranged in a linear fashion. Two spacious bedrooms with seating areas and well-fitted attached bathrooms are on the right. Note how one of the bedrooms and the large kitchen open up to another terrace. This allows great ventilation.

Sunny and trendy bedroom

This spacious minimalistic bedroom is flooded with sunlight, thanks to large glass windows. The light-hued wooden furniture, a couple of neat wall shelves and a pair of vibrant paintings make this room inviting and relaxing.

Warm tones

Different shades of brown and beige have been put together in this cosy bedroom for a warm and earthy look. The furniture however is modern and the bedside lamps are stylish. The plump cushions and soft bed linen add to the peaceful vibe.

Stylish bathroom

Soft pastels have been liberally used in this contemporary bathroom with its neat fittings and ample lighting. The dark wooden vanity counter and framed artworks add contrast and personality here. Fresh flowers keep the ambiance rejuvenating.

3D plan for second house

This 3D plan shows smartly the different functional areas have been segregated, without affecting the openness of this home. The living, dining and kitchen merge seamlessly with each other, so that entertaining guests can become easy even when you are busy serving food or preparing a meal.  The bedrooms have their privacy, feature attached bathrooms and are spacious affairs. There is a terrace too which enhances the ventilation.

Tradition meets modernity

This modern dining space boasts of neat furniture, sufficient to seat eight at a time. Soft beige and grey tones have been used here for a sober and serene look. But we especially love how the traditional dark wooden temple has been accommodated here. The temple’s ornate doors add a hint of glamour too.

Inviting living
