I have to praise the service of Cameron Govender. Just under a year ago I bought an item from Livecoppe and it recently died. Cameron arranged for collection from Cape Town and had the item replaced within 2 weeks. Such service is simply amazing in this day of general poor service delivery. Major retailers can take a leaf out of Cameron’s book. Well done and keep up the good work

I bought a toilet flushmaster from livecopper and my plumber noticed that what i ordered is not the right one since flushmaster is coming with different types and shapes so the one i ordered was not fitting so i phoned live copper, they sent a courier to fetch it from my place and they refunded me my full amount within 2 days.Thanks to the nice gentleman who was assisting me by the name Leo Joseph, the team he is working with and the company at large 👌👌👍

I've bought here quite a few times over the years and it started out great. But at this point my opinion is: - They are quite expensive, typically more than even Builder's Warehouse which has a better returns policy, hours and is faster to buy from - Half the items on the web-site is out of stock or if you order it you get a call about it no longer being in stock with replacement "at no extra cost" (but no discount when it is cheaper apparently 🤦‍♂️) - The sales staff are concerned about getting sales, not after sales. I got the wrong thing and it is really slow getting anything back. Basically just buy somewhere else unless they have something you really need.
